The Room You Return To
Returning to a childhood room can bring a small uncertainty. The bed is familiar, the curtains are new, and someone has left the bedside lamp on.
The Room You Return To is a short illustrated story about finding comfort in a familiar place, enjoying an ordinary visit, and being ready to leave with another return in mind. An Interlude from the Worlds of Mirabilia, set within Briar & Gable.
