Refund Policy

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Color & Material Variations

Many Mirabilia pieces are handcrafted, printed, or produced in small batches. Slight variations in color, placement, texture, or material appearance are a natural part of the creative process.

Differences between screen displays and physical products are also normal. Certain colors, particularly reds, oranges, pinks, and darker tones, may appear slightly richer or more vibrant in person due to printing methods, substrate materials, and individual screen settings. These natural variations are not considered defects.
