We want you to love your Mirabilia pieces. Because each item is made to order, we only accept returns or refunds for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right:

• Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
• Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
