Where are your items made?

In my home studio on the East Coast of the United States.

How long is the processing time?

Usually 7-10 days, but contact me if you need it sooner. I'll do what I can, within reason!

How do items ship?

When possible, they ship by US priority mail.

What if I have a problem with my order?

Let me know within 3 days of receipt and we'll find a good solution.

Do you offer refunds?

Non personalized/non-custom Items that are unopened and unused, and returned in their original packaging within 7 days may be eligible for a refund. Items which are personalized or custom-made can not be returned. If you decide to return an item, you will pay the cost of shipping it back. Please contact me if you want to initiate a return and I will provide you further details.
