Terms of Service

All items are made to order. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the product and its packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Because many of our products are handcrafted, printed, or produced in small batches, slight variations in color, placement, texture, or material appearance may occur.

Differences between screen displays and physical products are normal. Certain colors, particularly reds, oranges, pinks, and darker tones, may appear slightly richer or more vibrant in person due to printing methods, substrate materials, and individual screen settings. These natural variations are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

For personalized items, all required personalization details must be provided at the time of purchase. Orders may be canceled if personalization information is not received within three business days of the order date.

Orders typically ship within 6 to 10 business days, although many are completed sooner. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to begin a delivery investigation.

All orders are subject to acceptance. Mirabilia reserves the right to cancel or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or concerns related to order integrity. If an order is canceled after payment has been received, any charges will be refunded promptly.
