Guidance is a Story Pendant featuring a luminous winged sun rising above the winding waters of the Nile. Blue and gold wings extend across the sky while lotus blossoms open along the river’s edge, surrounded by papyrus reeds, palms, and a distant sun-warmed landscape.

Part of Mirabilia’s Lapis & Lotus Collection, the pendant gathers several of the collection’s signature elements into a miniature work of wearable art: the lotus, winged sun, Nile landscape, and restrained palette of lapis blue, ivory, and warm gold.

Miniature Artwork to Wear

The original illustration is protected beneath a smooth glass cabochon and set within a metal-plated pendant setting. Designed in-house by Mirabilia, each piece is thoughtfully assembled so the intricate landscape remains at the center of the design.

The 1-inch pendant includes a coordinating 20-inch necklace cord with matching clasp. Lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear, it arrives ready for gifting or personal enjoyment.

Beneath the Winged Sun

Lapis & Lotus imagines ancient Egypt as a living world of river gardens, flowering lotus pools, skilled craftsmanship, and sunlit courtyards. Here, the Nile moves quietly toward the horizon beneath the outstretched wings of the sun, while a lotus opens in the foreground.

There is a natural sense of direction within the scene. The river creates a path through the landscape, while the winged sun draws the eye upward.

The name Guidance leaves the meaning of those elements open. The pendant can be a reminder of direction, perspective, or simply the people and ideas we look toward when the way ahead is not entirely clear.
